Does BasiEgaXorz include any routines for the Sega CD's special capabilities such as scaling and rotation? If not, is there an ASM code example anywhere that I can try?

no, there are no routines routines probably won't be implemented in the future either, but there are possibilities. right now, i want to use most of the pgm memory to hold cd buffers. i could use a few blocks to hold data for the transformation processor. i think a lot of programmers would have a hard time with this though, since putting the data into the vram is the trick to making something good, unless people just want to flip and rotate a "sega cd" sign
