At viewing the programs made through BasiEga on emulators Gens, Kega, on the screen two dark strips of width 8 pixels - one from above, and another from below. This consequence that the screen consists from 320x224 of pixels? But I started on the emulator firm games, which are made for PAL (letter Å in the name of game) - in these games too from above and from below two dark strips. My question - whether is possible all the same to make the complete screen on the emulator BasiEga 320x240?

All is set in the reg no1 0x81XX If you put the bit3 at 1 : 30cells height If you put the bit3 at 0 : 28 cells height
But its not recommended because american tv don't support this (if you want to make your demo universal)

Thanks for the answer. I probably not absolutely correctly have set a question, as the recommendations Fonzie repeat the recommendations DevSter (in old topic about PAL). On BasiEGA I have made the screen 320x240 PAL and has looked on the emulator, all OK. The answer to my question about Gens and Kega probably such - the firm games with marks PAL were initially made for NTSC, therefore and there were screens with two black lines above and below.
