Hi there
I'm pretty new to basic so if it would be more sensable for me to Google for manuals then please say. (I didn't look already as in another post it was mentioned that tuts on other Basic compilers would be useless for this one.
I've looked at the examples and want to display a simple bitmapped sprite.
This is what I'm trying;
--------------------------------- my_sprite=addsprite(1,1) movesprite my_sprite,1,1 sleep 1 sprites: datalong $11111111 ' 0: my_sprite datalong $10000001 datalong $10000001 datalong $10011001 datalong $10011001 datalong $10000001 datalong $10000001 datalong $11111111 ---------------------------------
This produces a sprite on the screen but it's always just a random symbol. How do I read my data into the my_sprite variable?

Sorry, I see what I scroted up. So to read and display multiple sprites I would go;
