And for those whom are brave enough, although its older news, somebody has hacked up an all-in-one Sega Genesis CD32x console inside a Sega Saturn, called the Sega Fusion.



I myself don't have the electronics soldering skills to perform such a mod, though, and I probably would break something.
(Also, its sometimes better to use each console separately; for example, the Genesis version of Virtua Racing does not run with a 32x attached, and large games (>4MB, like SSFII CE or UMK3 hack) won't run due to memory address conflict between the Genesis and the addons.
