pirated software is baad, look around on oDC or bittorrent, but be warned that some of the ISOs may have nasty viruses in them.
Windows XP will NOT run on a pentium MMX, the minimum it will run on is a 300 MHz PII with 128 MB of ram.
Windows 2000 will have a terrible time on that machine unless you have 128 or 256 MB of ram in it. and even then it will be godawful slow.
I would just stick with windows 98 SE for that thing, because it will be severly bogged down with anything beyond that.

Win95 is perfect for old boxes... Win98 is bad, unless you have a)Win98SE and b)32Mb+ of RAM I wanted to install Win2000 in a old P133, but it will not go since it has 32M of RAM. However, a guy at winhistory.de did some wacky experiments with XP and old boxes, and he managed to run XP with 20M of RAM on a very underclocked Pentium (at 7MHz!). It takes 30 minutes to boot, but it runs... Man, you remember me with my 386... it still rocks, but i need a new HD

i think you mean 75 MHz, you cant get a pentium to run at 7 MHz lol.
i know that Windows NT 4.0 will run with 32 MB of ram, but it lacks alot of things like PnP support and usb support.

That guy underclocked a Pentium OverDrive (a Pentium in a 486 Socket-3), and poked a while with the motherboard jumpers to slowdown XP...
A guy offered me two 32MB SIMMs and a P166. When i got these i will try installing Win2K on my test box and see if it works fine.
