Just a simple picture using 2 planes and 31 colors @ 256x224. I used BEX 0.26 and one line of assembly (to set screen resolution). I also made it letterbox to cut down on tile usage. Enjoy......... ;D www.megaupload.com/?d=5GBM2Y5Y

Nice demo! I will check out the code later, as i would like to improve the image on some of my programs.
BTW: How did you done the fade-in/fade-out effect in the titlecards? I always wanted to implement it, but i have no clue of how to do that (except by playing with darken/Brighten, but the result is pure crap).

Thanks, glad you liked it. For the title cards I just used simple palette swaps by load 8 different series of pallettes and then used the "sleep" command between the pallette swaps. Example below..............
pallettes paltitle1fade1,0,0,16 drawtilesinc 128,0,0,40,28 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade2,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade3,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade4,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade5,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade6,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade7,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade8,0,0,16 sleep 120 pallettes paltitle1fade7,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade6,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade5,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade4,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade3,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade2,0,0,16 sleep 4 pallettes paltitle1fade1,0,0,16 sleep 60
Don't forget to use a nice long sleep "sleep 120" for the correct pallette.
I also had to make some custom pallettes for this but it is easy/boring. Take original pallette and subtract one from each value. Like this..........
paltitle1fade7: DATAINT 0000,$0000,$0222,$0444,$0000,$0AAA,$0888,$0CCC DATAINT 0666,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000
paltitle1fade8: DATAINT 0000,$0000,$0444,$0666,$0222,$0CCC,$0AAA,$0EEE DATAINT 0888,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000,$0000
Continue to do so until all values are zero.

I do not obtain to make download. Megaupload.com is always with slots crowded, not importing the hour and the day of the week. Fraghead, would not be possible to put the archive in another place for download? Sorry my english.
