Now I executing a TN's request to port the Sega's arcade beat'em-up! Riot City (or its port to PC-Engine named Riot Zone) to MegaDrive, and trying to create the basics of engine.
For now the first thing I need is an advice how to realize a tilemap backgrounds and sprites animations properly.
