Thanks once again! There's alot of handy stuff in there and ALOT to learn. To start, could you explain how to use your DrawTiles16 routine? I'm not sure what the arguments are. Also, what is the benefit compared to the standard BEX DrawTiles routine?

What is the benefit compared to the standard BEX DrawTiles routine? The build-in drawtiles command only uses the lower byte of a name-table word ( which means you cannot use priority / palette / flip and such ), while the DrawTiles16 routine uses the entire word. By the way, Mairtrus posted the DrawTiles16 routine years ago. |

Yep it is Mairtrus's sub it is relay useful for me the drawtiles command never seems to work for me but this does exactly what I need it to do: draw a tilemap on the screen.

Someone on youtube messaged me about it not compiling turns out that the zip file was missing some stuff please re-download and follow instructions in README.txt
