ok here's a good one...how do they put FMV on sega cd games (like Night Trap)? DO i have to dither the video to 64 colors? And how can I even get it to play on the sega cd system?

The best that you can do (for now) is convert your animations to 16-color slides, and do a sort of "cheapo animation":
loadtiles drawtiles sleep 1 loadtiles sleep 1 loadtiles sleep 1 loadtiles ....
and so on, overwriting tbe old frame with a new one... However, it could be quite slow (i have not tested it yet...), and will generate HUGE files (on a SCD it will be nothing, but on a standard Genesis cart...)

You could also apply a difference algorithm, something similar to FLI/FLC, but based on tiles.
