I've already fixed the problems with the controller - I don't know where I got the original button defines, but they were really hosed. I've also added support for six button controllers to the latest. While doing that, I fixed a potential bug in the controller read code.

dude, this is really awesome, how did you do it? It's a perfect port. Thanks, but it's not perfect yet. Got an issue with wall textures that needs to be dealt with, and audio added. I'm working on both those right now. After that, I'll probably look into a few more assembly language optimizations to make it a bit faster. I'm fairly good with ports - I helped port this to the PSP and did the current PSP port of Doom, among other things. This was more fun because with the lack of memory (256K is nothing, even for something as old as Wold3D) I had to decompress/decompile the textures and sprites and include them in the rom area. The level data is still loaded into ram.
