1) DevSter wrote - f=3,579MHz / (32n). For the note À5 PSG=770 and f=145 Hz, but in HELP BasiEGA is present 440 Hz. How is correct? 2) PSGVOL=0-7 (in HELP) or PSGVOL=0-15 is (real)?

1) What i did in basiegaxorz was subtract 1024 from n, so that high numbers make higher notes, which is practical for a sound generator. etc etc: The psg actually counts down, not up, so for 770, it counts from 770 to 0, then pulses the speaker. So higher numbers make lower frequencies.
2) a document bug =D

1) For PAL it is necessary to substitute frequency 4,433 MHz? 2) What maximal range of change of frequency PSG (in Hz) in BasiEGA? Whether it is possible to expand (down and up)?

1) I dunno what the crystal frequency for the psg is on pal hardware. I'm assuming that it still remains 3.578mhz because that's what the ym2612's clock requires
2) for n=1, f=4640hz for n=1023, f=4.54hz so 4.54hz to 4640hz is the range. These ranges are the psg's limits, and is same for basiegaxorz
