So a year ago in my other thread about my Ultra Air Hockey Sega port I said:
Sorry about cancelling (Ultra Air Hockey Sega/Retro with BEX). Once the game development in SGDK is close to what it was prior to cancellation, I'll make a new thread in the "Development section". It ain't over yet!
To summarize the project, Ultra Air Hockey is a Sega port of my original PC game of the same name. It is a 1P/2P Air Hockey video game with 3 difficulties (each with larger goals), powerups, exciting Echo Sound Engine, realistic DAC SFX and vocals, and more! Recently, the SGDK attempt is beginning to surpass the unfinished, technically difficult BEX port, so I will be using this thread to cross-post updates from Spritesmind.net of the SGDK attempt as development is made.
Currently I have all menus, options, the entire Echo Sound Engine, stick movement, goal collision, and most recently, Puck/Paddle collisions in. More updates to post as they come! Video.
