It's shitty that people are selling it without your permission (and not paying you as well!). My version of fix it Felix has suffered the same fate :/
Unless you signed a licensing deal with Disney and are paying them a cut of your sales, it's a bit hypocritical to complain about this in my opinion. But i agree, it's always sh*tty when people steal your products / part-of-your-income .. even when you're running a meth-lab and someone steals a load that took a month to produce
Some of the pirated copies seem put together pretty nicely though ( not sure if the Genesis version is your game or from Future Driver though )
They even hacked / patched the ROM for the Russian version
Haha I get what you're saying, moon, and I'm not complaining about that (I released the rom with the expectation of it happening anyway), but even if it weren't a Disney IP, it would've still happened anyway.
(It's okay, though, as I have a fixed rom that I didn't release, so chances of the Russian port working on non-tmss consoles and some revisions of the model 2, the game won't work)
Afaik, it's my version as future drivers version didn't have the intro, unless that changed
The packaging and rom hack for the Russian text came out well, so at least it's not some hack job being sold

I haven't posted for a while. But when I saw this.... let me say, omg . Just tears and tears of laughter .
I never liked the AVGN's videos, even in the earlier years when there wasn't a whole lot of video game reviewers with the creative "cowabunga turd" language. AVGN doesn't seem to be even good at playing old video games (I've seen the NES batman review).
About your crazy bus, oh man, you should be proud of such an achievement. I think any person is capable of making and creating things. Anyone can take pixelated bus pictures, and code them into an old console with random numbers for PSG music. But no one else did, and you did it, and you made this "dent" in the internet (well, it has made me come to my own forum to post). I don't think you anticipated this in 2004. 10 years ago, we were still trying to get the expression order-of-operations corrected in BasiEgaXorz. I dunno, but then I would feel bitter about those reproductions. Way too high in price, and you don't get a dime.
I think you should be able to code some better things after 10 years . (I can definitely code better compilers now, hehe).
Also elusive, I didn't know you made the Fix-it-Felix game. Bravo for the hard work . It's sad that they're re-producing it though.
... why hasn't anyone made a reproduction of my Zelda game with the muffin achievement?
