Hello. Hey Devster! I got somewhere in your page "8bitide.gif" and I think it is supposed to use an IDE drive "in place of the ROM", does it work for Sega Genesis? I didn't understand how large can be the ROM I write on the HD for it to work. And what is "!CE", "!RD", and "!WR"? Can I get this from the cartridge slot?
Thanks!

the 8-bit ide interface is just a schematic to interface a ide hard drive to a microprocessor, like the z80. the hard drive can only communicate through ports, and is not even the same architecture as the memory you're talking about (like parallel rom, or ram) to use a hard drive, you're going to need more than a schematic
