How would you go about making a sega CD game, are there any differences at how you would go about it (Boot and program?)

"Boot" generates a full SegaCD ISO that you can burn directly on a CD and boot it into "The Real Thing(tm)", or in any emulator. It's an standalone game.
"Program" generates small programs that are NOT standalone, but must be launched from a master loader (that you can (and MUST) code on BEX). This is designed for modular programs (or multigame compilations), but since these programs are loaded on the SCD WordRAM, they must be smaller than 256KB. Could be useful for long RPGs...
