I have noticed, that on the real console at Hardreset the first sound PSG is lost, second sounds normally. It is present, if the command PSG is first in the program BasiEGA.

i don't quite understand what the problem is here, can you re-state it?

Let's assume, there is a program sleep 5 psgvol 0,15 psg 0,500 sleep 3 On the real console at HARDRESET will not be hear of any sound. The sound will appear, if the first command to change <sleep 15> or more. The explanation consists in blocking the channel of a sound of the real console Mega Drive-II on some time after HARDRESET. That the sound has appeared, it is necessary to add a delay in time (equivalent <sleep 15>) directly in binary codes of BasiEGA at initialization.

1) I hope, what you have guessed to put at the end of the program the command < psgvol 0,0) >? 2) The hardware delay of inclusion of a sound is present in other consoles, for example, PlayStation.

In Gens, when i play a PSG note, and reset, note stays playing until I play another or shut u the PSG channels... Maybe some PSG cleanup on startup sequences... It does not happen on Kega with hard and soft reset... Weird... maybe a emulator bug or BasiEgaXorz issue?

You have outstripped me with the answer. A delay of inclusion of a sound gives not Mega Drive-II, but my TV set (it is a new digital model with function <the blue screen>). BasiEGA & emulators are works correctly! I am sorry...

on my real hardware, i tested
1) playing psg sounds directly at startup - works 2) playing psg sounds after a certain delay - works 3) playing psg sounds directly at startup with psg init mute code - works 4) playing psg sounds directly at startup after a certain delay with psg init mute code - works
maybe it was because of the hv counter, as stated in the real hardware soft reset problem. i've tested this after i fixed the code up, so it should work for you now in the next compiler release

You probably have not read my last answer. The delay of a sound is formed my TV-box!

My TV set in a mode AV (audio-video) without submission of a signal is in an sleep-mode with the blue screen. At submission of video signal from the console the image occurs at once, but the sound - with a delay hardly is less than one second. This function is characteristic for TV sets of new release (digital).

so all i need to do is add a delay to the start up code to prevent sound from coming on directly after the display is enabled?

TomMan? ? DevSter! To you anything to add in BasiEGA it is not necessary, all is normal. For other users it is necessary to take into account, that in the Basic-programs the first sound is better for deducing(removing) approximately in 0,8 seconds the ambassador of a beginning. Thus on the real console the program will be normal to work irrespective of the TV set. By the way, pay attention, that in firm games the sound SE-E-E-EGA is deduced not at once, and with some pause!
