lineskiping in cenario or sprites Care to explain ? Lineskiping was a tecnic used in Art of Fight 2 in Neo Geo, it is is look like zoom but make the bigest image to become smaller, not the small image get bigger, I think it would be easier to Genesis VDP than make zoom.

Maybe a Hblank scanline / raster effect could work for backgrounds.
Updated Tilt demo. Line/2Cell is what's used for the "background rotation effect" in SOR2.

More a bit of improvements! Better camera system and scroll moves! New sound effects added, somes I made myself! Some Arcade and Versus mode with a walking enemy. Special thanks to Linkuei'BR for audio samples! Now we will work to make more two skill to Fulgore and also imput Jago in game!

HBlank Background & Sprite Vertical "Scaling" Test - press up/down... Dude! I´ve been digging around this effect for months and I'd like to know how do you shrink and stretch using only commands. I´m working on a racing game and this effect would me help a lot to fake uphills and downhills. I'd really appreciate if you could share this source, if that's ok on you. Thanks and congrats!

Precalculated sprite rotation example - 16X16 pixel sprite, 5 animation frames, 20 tiles... Cool! It BEX or SecondBASIC or SGDK? In second basic! oruam is hard master
