Or maybe there are two different character for the jump of line but Notepad only Supports One? Here is with Chrome and is how it should be And the nsame file in notepad, how should not be It seen that it does not read the jump of line. Also this does not happen with some other files.

That's not a bug. Windows uses the CRLF standard ( 0x0D + 0x0A ) for line endings. Notepad adheres to this convention, while Chrome is more lenient.

I'd recommend Notepad++ notepad-plus-plus.org/It gets frequent updates, has plugin support and supports formatting based on language to make things easier to read.
